Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide competent care for patients with mobility, cognition, strength, and functional limitations. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, supervise OTAs, and contribute to team development and continued education. They focus on maintaining a competitive advantage through service quality and professional growth.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services
- Develop effective treatment plans
- Treat patients according to treatment plans
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Communicate with physicians and other health team members
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Record treatment notes and patient progress
- Act as a clinical supervisor for OT student programs
