Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist for a per diem position with a supportive and dynamic team. The role involves providing competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation, treatment, and supervision of patients for communication, problem-solving, cognitive processing, and swallowing difficulties. The position involves collaboration with physicians, staff, and families, as well as maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and billing.
- Participate in in-service training.
- Report any problems with department equipment.
