Job Description
Orion, A Concord Company is seeking a Commercial Collections Supervisor to oversee all collection activities and ensure optimal performance of the 1-90-day delinquency team. This role focuses on supervising and training staff, reviewing contracts, coaching team members, and managing delinquent accounts. The supervisor will be the primary point of contact for client-related collection issues and lead delinquency calls with clients.
Requirements
- Supervisory responsibility for a team of 9-15 employees.
- Conduct weekly/bi-weekly 1:1 meetings.
- Performance reviews and disciplinary warnings.
- Maintain employee schedules and track vacation time.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in skip tracing techniques.
- Eligible for the CLFP certification.
