Job Description
Concordia Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to C-level executives. This role provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient company operation. The position is onsite in Carol Stream, Illinois, Monday to Friday, and offers opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders.
- Perform general office tasks.
