Requirements

• Ideal candidate has more than 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage external partners and third-party administrators
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
