Job Description
Conifer Realty is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing maintenance team, focusing on residential properties in Gateway at Peerless (62 units). This role involves interior and outdoor maintenance, property upkeep, and on-call support for emergencies, with potential for overtime and benefits such as paid time off, holidays, and a 401K plan. Candidates should have experience in similar positions and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
Requirements
- 5+ years prior site maintenance hands-on management or apartment maintenance experience
- Minimum 2+ years prior maintenance skills (drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, cleaning, HVAC)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong time management, problem solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- OSHA training a plus
