Job Description
Conifer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, and apartment turnover in their senior apartment communities. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, coordinating with the Community Manager, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires on-call duties and a focus on effective communication and team management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
- Prior painting, minor plumbing & electrical wiring skills.
- Knowledge of safety rules for maintenance equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to respond within 30 minutes to emergency calls.
- Experience with budgeting and administrative tasks (financial, POS).
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
