Job Description

They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build customer relationships, support retention and growth, and advocate for customers within Connecteam. The role involves onboarding, training, implementation, and managing customer health. They offer a remote work environment and comprehensive training.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of one year's experience as a CSM
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a Startup mentality
- Team player, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
