Job Description
Connecteam is a rapidly growing startup focused on transforming the employee workforce experience through a mobile-first technology platform. They are seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Manager to build customer relationships, ensure client retention and growth, and be a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams. The role involves onboarding new customers, providing training, and acting as a point of escalation to internal teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- At least one year's experience as a CSM
- Experience in B2B SaaS (advantage)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
