Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to training and mentoring.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English; additional language skills are a plus.
