Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent will provide on-site management of construction activities, supporting the Superintendent and Project Manager. This role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment, interpreting contract documents, managing project operations, and contributing to the overall project schedule and quality. The position is designed to prepare the assistant for future supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Construction Management/Civil Engineering.
• 0-5 years of experience in the construction field or related field.
• Understanding of building plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety standards and enforcement (OSHA 30 required).
