Assistant Superintendent

This full-time position is for an Assistant Superintendent, responsible for on-site management of construction activities. The role involves maintaining a safe work environment, assisting with daily tasks, and contributing to project planning and quality control. The Assistant Superintendent will help to manage all aspects of a construction project.

• Provide technical assistance on project
• Manage self-perform operations and subcontractor operations
• Understand project schedule and critical path
• Participate in quality program (inspections, material verification)
• Interface with client and contractor representatives
• Develop skills for future Superintendent role
