M/E/P Estimator

This full-time position within Estimating is focused on estimating complex and large-scale projects, including conceptual estimates, bids, budgets, and value engineering. The role involves building client relationships, analyzing documentation, preparing estimates, and managing the procurement process. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Estimating or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Proficient in Estimating software (Timberline or similar).
• Understanding of the influence of market conditions on pricing.
