Safety Manager (Riggs Self Perform)

The Safety Manager- Self Perform is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s safety program across all job sites in the Northeast Region. This role ensures compliance with CCC, fosters a proactive safety culture, and conducts regular site visits, training, and investigations. The Safety Manager- Self Perform will collaborate with superintendents and field employees to improve safety through hazard assessments, corrective actions, and hazard prevention.

Requirements

• Maintain company-wide safety policies and job-specific safety plans.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits.
• Lead frequent trainings and meetings.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses.
• Ensure proper use and availability of PPE and fall protection systems.
• Monitor subcontractors’ safety compliance and coordinate site-wide safety efforts.
• Maintain safety documentation and coordinate with superintendents
• Stay current on local, state, and federal safety regulations.
