The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from budget and schedule to risk management and safety. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to manage large complex projects and stakeholders, including Owners, contractors, subcontractors, and team members. The SPM will also be responsible for developing client relationships and identifying new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Lead and communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors, and Vendors
- Administer financial aspects of the project including contract terms and budget management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project team members
- Manage multiple projects with varying complexities
- Provide formal evaluation(s) and training of team members
- Oversee construction activities and coordination with Project Scheduler and Superintendent
- Manage project financials, reporting, and change management
- Coordinate with Project Executive and other Department leadership
- Participate in project design reviews
- Develop project financial plans
