Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee all aspects of a large complex project, including budget, schedule, risk, and resource management. The SPM will be the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, lead team members, mentor team members, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is crucial for driving project success and ensuring profitability.

Requirements

• Lead and communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
• Represent Consigli with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
• Administer all financial aspects of the project.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members.
• Manage multiple projects and monitor progress.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Utilize business development and contract management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Full understanding of profit models and project management.
