The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee all aspects of a large complex project, including budget, schedule, risk, and resource management. The SPM will be the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, lead team members, mentor team members, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Lead and communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
- Represent Consigli with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
- Administer all financial aspects of the project.
