Superintendent

The Superintendent will provide overall administrative and technical management at the construction site. This role involves managing all on-site construction activities, including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants. Responsibilities include safety program administration, quality management, schedule coordination, budget management, and client communication.

Requirements

• Administer project safety program.
• Proficient in 5 areas of focus (Safety, Schedule, Cost, Quality, creating Raving Fans).
• Experience as the OSHA competent person.
• Supervise construction effort.
• Manage project budget and schedule.
