Job Description
In this role, you will sit with the Litigation and Regulatory Operations team, and work with paralegals, Legal technologists, and lawyers to operationalize the production of legal work and reduce risk.
Requirements
- Review, assign and coordinate high volumes of incoming documents and tasks with little guidance
- Make independent decisions and take ownership on the handling of service inquires, document coordination, and case assignments
- React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround with tight deadlines
- Assess process improvement and transformation opportunities, and partner with process owners and stakeholders to scope opportunities, define problem statements and objectives, and structure projects and teams.
- Track documents and maintain metric reports
- Ability to work well with people at all levels inside the company
