Litigation Paralegal

The Paralegal is a client-dedicated role that supports the client’s legal department. In this role, you will serve as a Paralegal and will support the attorneys and paralegals. Together, you will deliver world-class support to multiple litigation and legal matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years paralegal experience to support litigation team, including project management
• Strong technical aptitude and interest
• Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
• Experience conducting research, organizing information, drafting citations, and proofreading and editing documents
• Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters and conflicting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
• Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others
• Customer service oriented and responsive
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
• Experience in Relativity is a plus
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, are essential
