Constrafor is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base of Subcontractors who will benefit from our innovative financial solution, the Early Pay Program (EPP).
Requirements
- 1-3 years of direct B2B sales experience
- Comfortability and eagerness to conduct heavy prospecting both via phone and email
- A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and results driven operating style
- Fluency with different sales tools and technologies
- Familiarity with construction industry is a plus
- Selling financial/lending products to businesses is a strong plus
