Job Description
Consumers Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative Intern to provide superior member service and sales, enhance membership, and exceed member expectations at Muskegon, MI. This role involves assisting members with financial questions, opening new accounts, handling loans, and learning the ropes on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and business services. The intern will shadow experienced team members and contribute to various tasks, including loan application processes and supporting the business and accounts.
