Job Description
CGS is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain existing agreements while negotiating and finalizing new contracts. The role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms. CGS combines cutting-edge technology with world-class personnel to deliver customized solutions that fit their client’s specific needs and solve challenging government problems.
Requirements
- Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks.
- Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities.
- Review complex contract actions and develop plans.
- Work with Business Development, Client Success, and Human Resources teams.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts.
- Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration.
- Engage with contracts staff, peers, program management, and customers.
- Enter contract data into systems and ensure accuracy.
