Job Description
CGS is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements while meticulously negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms for both existing and upcoming contracts. CGS brings motivated people together to solve government problems with cutting-edge technology.
Requirements
- Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks
- Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities
- Review complex contract actions
- Work with Business Development, Client Success, and Human Resources Teams
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts
- Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration
- Regularly engage with contracts and procurement staff
- Accurately and promptly enter contract data into various systems
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
