Job Description
Contentful is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their global team and help them deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves researching the marketplace, understanding customer needs, managing campaigns, and building relationships with potential customers in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. The position is an entry point to becoming an Enterprise Sales representative and offers opportunities for growth through intensive training.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, with prior experience in SDR/BDR preferred
- Fluent English and German (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to qualify customer needs and understand business opportunities
- Experience managing campaigns and prospecting
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce
- Ability to follow processes and data-driven decision-making
