Job Description
Contentful is seeking a Director of Customer Success (Europe) to lead their team and drive customer retention, growth, and satisfaction in the European market. This role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration with global teams. The Director will own the retention number, oversee key performance indicators, and advocate for customers and partners to foster successful digital experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management leadership
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven success managing enterprise accounts
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience navigating complex customer environments
- Global organization working with strong stakeholder management skills
