Job Description
Contentful is seeking a motivated Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing API development team. This role involves leading an API focused on content management and scaling the platform with advanced observability and AI capabilities, aiming to accelerate innovation and growth for customers. The Manager will collaborate with various teams to align technical goals with business objectives and drive scalable APIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading development teams
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful preferred)
- Experience optimizing performance and scalability
- Strong mentoring track record
