Job Description
Contentful is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the North American region to drive growth by mastering the end-to-end sales process for complex, multi-national customers. The role requires a consultative approach, collaborating with various teams to align content with customer needs and identify upsell opportunities. It involves building strategic accounts, driving pipeline growth, and securing the right tech partners and commercial deals.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or PaaS platforms
- 3+ years of experience selling across North America
- Proven experience expanding large multinational accounts
- Working knowledge of selling technical SaaS/PaaS
- Experience using MEDPICC (or equivalent) sales qualification framework
- Advanced skills in value-based selling and consultative sales
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing technology
- Expertise working within a partner ecosystem
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in CMS sales preferred
