Customer Experience Marketing Manager, North & Central Europe

Contentsquare is seeking a Customer Experience Marketing Manager to join their dynamic global marketing team, covering North and Central Europe. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, driving loyalty, and creating experiences that transform clients into brand advocates.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or B2B
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving advocacy
• Experience planning and executing customer events, from webinars to intimate in-person workshops
• Fluent in English and either German or Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM, marketing, and customer success tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Gainsight
