Security Manager

We seek a highly motivated security management professional to manage on and off-site security task delivery, security plan refinement & implementation, and risk management solutions for our clients.

Requirements

• Security experience at Mine sites (or equivalent)
• Excellent English- Spanish language, spoken and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal communications and client facing skills
• Basic financial literacy
• Security Plan development and implementation skills
• Very strong administrative skill set
• Proven track record of administrative excellence
• At least 6 years’ experience in delivery of Security Management
• At least 3 years’ experience in field security (i.e. field deployments, tours, or missions)
• Able to excel in high stress environments
• Preferably 2-5 years military background (or equivalent)
• Use of MS - Office suite
• Ability to travel and deploy to jobsite on a rotational basis
