Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Security Manager to lead their security operations and ensure the protection of personnel, assets, and information. The role focuses on maintaining a safe working environment and aligning security strategies with organizational goals. This is a central position to ensure a strong security posture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, safety management, and physical security operations in construction and giga projects
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional security teams and enhancing interagency coordination
- Background in developing and implementing integrated security and safety strategies
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex security concepts
- Skilled in coordinating with emergency services, government entities stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with Arabic as a significant advantage
- Understanding of traffic planning and control
- Supervise daily security operations across construction zones, gates, logistics hubs, and visitor areas
