Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a global tech company
• Proven ability to design and implement recruitment processes from scratch
• Extensive experience hiring diverse talent across disciplines
• In-depth understanding of global market dynamics
• Proactive, results-driven mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
