Job Description
Wati is a leading conversational growth platform connecting businesses with customers. They are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment globally, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding. This is an individual contributor role focused on building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently as an IC and manage global hiring
- Strong experience in high-volume, multi-regional hiring
- Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS—Workable preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of regional employment practices and compliance
- Comfortable with MS Office Suite and using AI tools
