CJD - Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance and repair services for grounds and facilities, providing customer service and interacting with residents, family members, visitors, colleagues, and staff. The position involves a variety of standard and skilled tasks, including electrical and plumbing systems, drywall repair, painting, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Knowledge of general contracting, HVAC systems, chillers, generators, wiring, plumbing, carpentry, and other engineering-related components
• Understanding of Florida building codes/laws and State/Federal Regulations for Assisted Living Facilities
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
