We are seeking a Change Manager to integrate process and change management across our transformation programmes, working with teams to deliver successful digital transformation and process change.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading complex process and change management in professional services or similar sectors.
- Proven process mapping and analytical experience.
- Experience with IT-focused transformation programmes involving stakeholder engagement across multiple departments.
- Evidence of measuring change impact and reporting on deliverables and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and leadership levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Pragmatic approach and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate political situations.
- Skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver consistent messaging across the firm.
