Job Description
This role involves leading LEAN initiatives, driving continuous improvement processes, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The Lead OPEX Engineer will create and maintain processes, improve project performance, and contribute to the development of the Operational Excellence strategy for the Hungarian Packaging Site. They will also support Department Managers and SME's in project management.
Requirements
- Leads LEAN and Continuous Improvement (CI) capabilities.
- Creates and deploys LEAN strategy for Hungarian Packaging Site.
- Manages project improvement/compliance projects with P&A and reporting.
- Coaches project teams in LEAN project management.
- Improves process masterplan, loss elimination masterplan, and meeting structure.
