Job Description
CooperSurgical, a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company, is seeking a Manager of Reproductive Services for its Los Angeles, CA operations. This managerial role involves overseeing program operations, ensuring compliance, supporting team leadership, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The role is 100% onsite and may require minimal travel to other CSI Reproductive Sites. It focuses on both operational efficiency and people management.
Requirements
- Oversee branch activities and ensure donor program operations are optimized.
- Support laboratory operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Manage direct and indirect branch program activities.
- Ensure administrative data entry and reports are complete.
- Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and payroll data.
