Nurse Manager of Surgical Services RN

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services (RN) for a top healthcare client in Dallas, TX. The role oversees multiple surgical departments and provides leadership, mentorship, and clinical guidance to a team of approximately 60 FTEs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Master’s in Nursing or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of Surgical Services leadership experience required
• Ability to circulate or scrub in the OR required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or Compact State required
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross)
• CNOR required within one year of hire (preferred at hire)
