Regional Manager, Health Care Workforce Development (Instructional Leadership) responsible for overseeing multiple client sites, managing direct reports, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Passion for student teaching, mentoring and professional development
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Experience reporting to executive level management
- Flexible with work hours
- Ability to travel locally and between Northern and Central California
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong data analytic skills
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
