Job Description
The Workforce Development Program Manager & Career Coach is responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and providing coaching to Health Scholar participants. The role involves managing program operations, building relationships with clients, and ensuring program success. This position requires adaptability and a passion for student mentorship and program administration within the healthcare field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of work experience strongly preferred
- Strong project and people management skills
- Experience recruiting and networking
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Available to participate in regional trainings
