Job Description
This position is for a Workforce Development Program Manager & Career Coach at one of their Health Scholar sites within hospital/ambulatory care centers. The role focuses on recruiting and mentoring program participants, ensuring smooth program operations, and implementing on-site improvements. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of work experience (preferred)
- Passion for student teaching, mentoring and development
- Strong project and people management skills
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience and interest in health care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
