Assistant Demand Writer

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Assistant Demand Writer to support our personal injury pre-litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help cases move forward efficiently and successfully.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working in a U.S. personal injury law firm (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and treatment summaries
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with case management software (Filevine is a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic document formatting
