Demands Team Lead – U.S. Personal Injury Law

We are seeking a Demands Team Lead to lead our growing Demand Department, ensuring operational excellence, consistent quality, and team development. As the Demands Team Lead, you'll manage a team of Demand Writers and Assistant Demand Writers supporting U.S. personal injury law firms in the pre-litigation phase.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm or legal outsourcing environment
• Prior experience writing or supervising demand letters in pre-litigation PI is required
• Strong knowledge of California PI case flow (or similar jurisdictions), including medical specials, general damages, and lien negotiation
• Excellent English communication and editing skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of how to build persuasive case narratives
• Proven leadership or team lead experience in a remote setting
