Job Description
This Senior Salesforce Business Analyst role is crucial for delivering Salesforce initiatives within complex environments, particularly within Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, design, and implementation, focusing on scalable solutions while driving process improvements and compliance. This is a 100% remote position.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based environment.
- Experience working with sandbox and production environments.
- Experience conducting simple to complex Project Demos and Sprint Demos.
- Experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart, SharePoint.
