VP Talent

We are hiring a Vice President of Talent to architect and lead the next growth phase of the business. This is not a maintenance role - it’s a design-and-execution mandate. You’ll build the systems, culture, and leadership pipeline that let the business scale from dozens to hundreds of A-players without losing speed or precision.

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent leadership, ideally in high-growth B2B tech, or tech-enabled operations environments.
• Proven record of scaling teams 100 → 200 + with measurable ROIC on hiring quality, time, and retention.
• Deep understanding of sourcing systems, ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) the latest AI assistance for hiring, and employer branding across multiple markets.
• Data-driven mindset - comfortable with dashboards, funnel analytics, and talent forecasting.
• Experience building international teams and working with C-level executives.
• Fluent communicator in English (German or another European language a plus).
• Naturally thrives in an office-only culture - believes that proximity builds speed, cohesion, and accountability.
