Director, Hardware Quality & NPI Operations

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Hardware Quality & NPI Operations to lead their efforts in ensuring world-class hardware quality and seamless new product introductions across their AI infrastructure. The role involves defining enterprise-wide quality strategies, establishing reliability programs, and implementing frameworks for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in hardware quality, NPI operations, manufacturing engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience building a hardware quality or NPI organization from scratch or scaling one rapidly
• Deep understanding of hardware lifecycle—from design through production, test, deployment, and field operations
• Experience in hyperscale, cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, servers, or high-reliability hardware environments
• Strong command of quality systems, reliability engineering principles, and failure analysis methodologies
• Proven ability to execute complex hardware ramps under aggressive timelines
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, influencing ability, and stakeholder communication
