Job Description
CoreWeave is seeking a Hardware Engineering - NPI Manager to lead and expand a team responsible for the design validation, integration, and deployment of new hardware systems at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in hardware engineering or NPI environments, with 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering new hardware platforms from concept to production in large-scale environments.
- Deep understanding of one or more engineering disciplines: mechanical, thermal, electrical, or power systems.
- Experience working closely with hardware vendors and OEMs to resolve design, validation, or manufacturing issues.
