We are seeking a leader of Customer Marketing and References to lead CoreWeave's global customer storytelling, advocacy, and proof programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, product marketing, or communications, ideally within cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience building and scaling customer reference or advocacy programs.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to translate technical depth into accessible narratives.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to build customer trust and drive joint success.
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple stories, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
