The Product Support Specialist provides Level 1 support to clients on Cornerstone OnDemand products, working in a 24x7 environment. The role requires a hands-on individual with problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer-facing application support experience in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with access management, Single-Sign-On, etc.
- Basic awareness of SaaS, cloud computing, FTP, SSO, SMTP, HTML, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for helping customers
- Positive attitude and ability to think out of the box
- Patient, organized, composed, and good listener
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
