The Senior Account Manager is responsible for fostering the overall relationship between Cornerstone and a book of clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and leveraging their understanding of client needs to ensure they receive the most value from Cornerstone technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in an account management capacity
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and know when to bring in team members for support
- Understanding of account management and software sales
- Proven ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Flexibility, integrity, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively present and communicate in an articulate and confident manner
