Cornerstone is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our Mexico and LATAM team to drive business growth and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience as a BDR/SDR/Business Development Representative in Cloud Enterprise, preferably in HR Tech
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline creation targets in large and complex accounts (5,000+ employees)
- Native or near-native Spanish speaker; professional-level English speaker; Portuguese is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in modern sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase, Seismic, or equivalent data/intention tools; video prospecting)
- Strong business acumen: ability to connect HR/talent challenges with business results and quantify value
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including concise executive messaging and meeting facilitation
- Experience collaborating in remote and multicultural teams across multiple countries and time zones
- Strong analytical skills
